Q: I am NOT of Legal Age in my Country, State Or Province, can I still place an order using my parents credit card?
A: No. When you are of legal age (19+ in Ontario), please come back and we will gladly take your order.
There is a 50% restocking fee on all returned orders where parents contact us directly. There is also an additional $20 pick up fee as we do not accept returns using Canada Post in the Greater Toronto Area.
We ship with 19+ ID check using Canada Post. If you do not pass the ID check there are no refunds/exchanges.
Q: What happens after I place an order?
A: Once you have successfully placed an order, we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your order/details for privacy and security reasons. Your credit card will be authorized but will not be charged until your identity has been established successfully. After this step, we will ship your order and you will receive it within the designated time frame specified by Canada Post. All Canada Post orders are insured up to $100 with additional insurance available for $2.25 for every $100 increments. Tracking Numbers are also provided if they are included in your selected shipping method.
Q: I did not receive my package, what do I do?
A: Don't worry. We will help you locate your package with Canada Post. In the event, Canada Post is unable to locate your package; the package is insured up to $100 so you should receive a refund through them (YAY!)
Q: What if I receive defective/dead on arrival hardware?
A: Please contact us and we will make arrangements with you to receive the defective hardware and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Q: How does your Personal Delivery work? How do I place a Personal Delivery Order?
A: Personal Delivery is for the Vape Lover in all of us who cannot wait to receive their orders. We lose money providing this service but we do it anyway for our Vape family. If you are interested in receiving your order right away and reside within the Greater Toronto Area - please select "Interac E Transfer" as your check out payment option. Once done, please contact us right away to make arrangements so we can deliver your order.
Flat fee of $19.99 anywhere in the GTA. Minimum order of $99 before taxes. Delivery limited to the Greater Toronto Area.
(Mississauga/Brampton/RichmondHill/Vaughan/Etobicoke/Oakville/Toronto/Scarborough/Markham/North York).
Pick up orders are also welcome in Mississauga around Square One Shopping Center with a reduced fee of $9.99. Contact us for more details.
If you plan on placing an order greater than $250, please contact us and we can accommodate an extended Personal Delivery area (St Catherines/Burlington/Niagara Falls/Stoney Creek/Hamilton/Kingston/Whitby/New Market etc).
Q: How do International Orders work? Are you TPD Complaint with EU regulations?
We are a registered wholesaler with many top brands and manufacturers within the industry like SMOK Tech. We are working with manufacturers to carry products that are complaint to your region. If you are interested in ordering a particular product, please contact us and we will get you the complaint version for your region.
